Follow This Simple Steps

Is your existing fence in need of replacement? Looking to keep your children or pets safe within your property? Is controlling who has access to your property a concern?

If you’ve answered yes to either of these questions, you’ve come to the right place!

Please fill out this form with your contact information and any additional details, ideas, and motivations for your new fence or gate. This information will help us pair you up with the ideal sales associate to help you get the job done right.

After you have submitted your information online our office will be contacting you in 1-2 business days to set up an appointment date and answer any questions you may have. On the appointment date, the sales associate will meet with you, measure the area, and go over the specifics. As well as answer any questions or concerns you may have.

After your free estimate, you can expect to receive your proposal in 3-5 business days. The proposal will be sent via email to the email you provided us in Step 1. After which you can either decide to sign and work with us or discard it. Either way, we are very happy to have gotten a chance to meet with you!

If you have decided to go ahead and sign the proposal (Thank you!) A 50% deposit is required before we can go further. The deposit can be paid via credit or debit card as well as through check. Once we have received your deposit and signed contract your project has begun!

A manager and the sales associate will meet, discuss the project and finalize all the information. Then a file is created that is sent to the shop manager to go over.

If needed a shop engineer is then sent to the property to take exact measurements and double-check the area before ordering the material and fabricating your stunning project.

A manager will order all of the materials necessary to complete your project. Once we have received all the pieces needed we will be beginning fabrication to prepare your project for installation.

Once the shop manager has done a final inspection of all the pieces the project manager will then be notified of completion. We will be contacting you to schedule the best day and time for installation and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

The day has finally come! Our team will be visiting your property at the confirmed date and time. Once there they will be installing your project and putting all the finishing touches on it. (Depending on the scale of your project this process can take about one 1-3 business days.)
